Doesn't matter what your budget is, our team can satisfy any of your marketing needs by using our knowledge and expertise in home staging. It can start with just the consultation. Our experienced stager will perform a thorough walk-thru of your home, recommend improvements and things need to do before putting it on the market. Home owners will receive a checklist summary report at the end.
Occupied Home Staging
We offer effective staging using home owner's existing furniture and decors in occupied homes. This's great for people who are still dwelling at their residence while their homes are on market. Stager will come in and performs hands on rearrangement of owner's existing furniture, arts and decors to maximize the appeal of the home. She will help with 'depersonalizing' the home; at the same time suggests how and what to take away to declutter, as well as what to add in order to create that 'WOW' factor, etc.
Vacant Home Staging
We specialize in vacant home staging. You can choose from our partial and full home staging packages. Silverlight Design stages with our own furniture; we have a wide selection of staging inventory with styles ranging from Mid-century modern, contemporary, farm house, coastal to traditional elegance style.
